Waymo, the leader in autonomous driving, seeks a Product Manager to drive the roadmap for a fleet-wide simulation platform. You will coordinate with engineering, UX, data science, and operations to translate complex needs into a clear product plan and deliver value across Waymo's systems.

This role follows a hybrid schedule and reports to a Group Product Manager, with travel to observe operations at Waymo markets.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience collaborating with engineering, UX, data science and operations.
• BS degree in CS, engineering or a similar technical field.
• Ability to understand developer experience and translate it into a roadmap.
• Ability to align team outcomes with company objectives and own infrastructure outcomes.
• Prior experience shaping complex product roadmaps for technical platforms.

Responsibilities

• Define and deliver the roadmap for a fleet-wide simulation platform.
• Collaborate with engineering, UX, data science, and operations to evaluate changes and plan execution.
• Build tools and front-end UX to drive adoption of the simulation platform.
• Translate operational pain points into a crisp, actionable roadmap.
• Partner with multiple internal stakeholders to balance conflicting requirements.
