Job summary

WorkWhile in San Francisco is seeking a Product Manager to join our growing team. You will own a workstream end-to-end, from roadmap to execution, focusing on how workers access pay, onboarding, and activation in our fintech workflow.

You will work directly with the CEO, CPO, and Head of Product, Fintech and Worker Experience, and will contribute to a hybrid 3-days-a-week in-office culture in SF while building scalable product processes and measurable impact.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in an analytical, customer- or data-facing role with a clear path toward product ownership
• Able to work from our San Francisco office 3 days a week
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple concurrent threads
• Comfortable collaborating with engineering, design, legal, and external partners
• AI-native approach with experience automating workflows and tasks

Responsibilities

• Draft marketing and in-app collateral for new product experiences, including copy and launch messaging
• Translate complex rules (compliance, partner requirements, financial product rules) into clear playbooks
• Track cross-functional threads to closure and flag blockers early
• Diagnose onboarding and activation funnels with product and data science to identify fixes
• Scope, launch, and track A/B tests to improve conversion with engineering and data science support
• Maintain the conversion dashboard and report on movement of metrics
• Lead discovery and scoping conversations with stakeholders
• Define and prioritize what gets built, write specs, and manage delivery with engineering
• Keep GTM, Support, and Ops aligned on building intent and rationale
