Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager creating and maintaining product roadmaps.
• BA/BS degree required.
• Experience with filtration or related products is desired.
• Experience collaborating with design and engineering teams to deliver products and features.
• Financial acumen to support pricing, profitability, and valuation of new product development projects.
• Ability to travel up to 30%.
• Location ideally in Chicago but also open to Seacoast, NH.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME for Filtration Products and support commercial team to drive customer adoption and market penetration.
• Set priorities and urgency within your product family and execute the strategy.
• Refine product roadmap and positioning using data, stakeholder interviews, competitive analysis, voice-of-the-customer research, and industry trends.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, engineering, project management, and manufacturing operations to deliver product line growth.
• Utilize 80/20 principles to optimize product performance and reduce complexity.
