Job summary

Anrok is seeking a File & Remit Product Manager to own the last mile of tax compliance, from preparing a return to delivering funds to tax authorities. You will define scalable filing workflows, integrate AI-driven automations, and build remittance infrastructure for international sellers.

You will collaborate across TaxOps, finance, sales, and leadership, focusing on high-velocity filings, cross-border currency handling, and a world-class returns experience.

Every month, Anrok files more tax returns than ever before, and the next month beats it. Behind each return is a company counting on us to file it correctly, on time, and get the money to the right government. Nobody else is set up to do this at our scale.

As the File & Remit Product Manager, you'll own the last mile of tax compliance: from preparing a return until the money reaches the tax authority. Everything else Anrok does builds up to this. You'll be solving two problems that shape the company:

File every return in the world. Our filing volume keeps setting records. The systems that got us here won't carry us through the next 10x. You'll define the filing platform that can file every return for every company in every jurisdiction. It should run itself, with automation that monitors and repairs its own problems and humans involved only for edge cases.

Open Anrok to the world. Today, a company based outside the US has to open a US bank account before it can remit through Anrok. For great international companies, that's often the last thing standing between them and Anrok. You'll build the remittance infrastructure that lets them pay from their local bank account in top international markets.

Our vision: tax filing is handled like magic, and sellers never have to think about it.

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL

• Build a filing platform that scales to every return in the world, with most filings fully automated and zero human touches
• Put AI at the center of filing, with agents that write filing automations, catch problems before a filing period opens, and repair them automatically
• Unlock international sellers by making remittance work from their local bank accounts, in local currency
• Own money movement end to end, from collecting seller funds to landing payments at thousands of tax authorities across currencies, banking partners, and jurisdictions
• Build tools for our in-house TaxOps team, your power users, so they can do more jurisdictions with less effort
• Make the returns experience that sellers trust completely: every filing on time and accurate
• Drive the metrics that matter: cost per filing, 100% on-time filings, and fewer amendments
• Identify the next frontier, including whether Anrok's filing engine becomes a standalone platform of its own

WHAT EXCITES US

• 4+ years of product management experience, with 2+ years building B2B products
• Experience in payments, fintech, money movement, or high-volume operational systems
• Systems thinking: you design for 100x, not just for next month
• Comfort going deep technically alongside engineers building automation infrastructure
• High standards in places where a mistake costs a customer money
• A GM mindset with strong product and business instincts
• Clear, concise communication, verbal and written
• Strong cross-functional work with TaxOps, finance, sales, support, and leadership
• You'll proactively identify what it takes to make your product and team successful — and lead the plan to support them
• Curiosity about new tools: you've experimented with AI, and you've built something with it (an application, a workflow, a creative solution to a real problem) that you can walk us through
