Job summary
cabi Clothing is seeking a Product Manager for Field Technology to own The Studio, its business platform for independent Stylists. You will shape the vision, strategy, and roadmap, partnering with Engineering, Design, Analytics, and external partners to deliver technology that grows Stylists' businesses and improves customer experiences.
The role balances customer experience, business strategy, technical feasibility, and AI innovation to build impactful products at the intersection of business
Qualifications
- 5+ years of Product Management experience delivering software products in ecommerce, retail, SaaS, or related industries.
- Demonstrated ownership of products from strategy through delivery and continuous improvement.
- Experience partnering closely with software engineering teams using Agile development methodologies.
- Experience developing product roadmaps and prioritizing initiatives based on measurable business value.
Responsibilities
- Own the vision, strategy, roadmap, execution, adoption, and long-term success of assigned capabilities within The Studio.
- Translate business strategy into product roadmaps that deliver measurable business outcomes.
- Maintain ownership after launch by monitoring adoption, customer satisfaction, business performance, operational efficiency, and support trends.
- Continuously evaluate opportunities to enhance, simplify, or retire capabilities based on customer feedback, analytics, and business value.
