Job summary

You will work across stakeholders and delivery teams to ensure alignment with risk, security, and compliance expectations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business/engineering/design/tech
- 5+ years in banking/financial services or relevant field
- 3+ years in product/analysis/tech/design
- 3+ years leading cross-functional teams
- Strong presentation, facilitation, communication, and negotiation skills
Responsibilities
- Balance business, technology and design priorities to deliver product experiences
- Develop and maintain strategic delivery roadmap aligned with goals
- Collaborate with stakeholders to plan and execute projects
- Write epics and features to support the roadmap
- Manage risk, security, compliance and partner alignment
- Attend Agile ceremonies and participate in PI planning
