Job summary
Creative Artists Agency (CAA) in Nashville seeks a Product Manager to join the Product Management team and drive technology products for clients, agents, executives, and partners.
You will contribute to vision and roadmap, lead product delivery, collaborate with engineering and UX/UI, and participate in SAFe Agile Release Train ceremonies.
Experience in music industry and strong tool proficiency (Jira, Confluence, Github) are preferred; the role offers competitive pay and benefits.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of product management across the digital product life cycle.
- 2+ years experience with SAFe/Agile in Scrum teams.
- Music industry experience preferred.
- Proficient with Jira, Confluence, and Github.
- Proficient with Chrome developer tools to test product features.
- Curious and eager to learn about new business domains and workflows.
- Experience handling sensitive company information and protecting systems and data.
Responsibilities
- Develop deep understanding of products you lead and their workflows.
- Manage products from vision to launch and ongoing support with iterative features.
- Collaborate with other product managers to align products and product lines.
- Participate in SAFe Agile Release Train ceremonies and PO/Feature Owner roles.
- Create product roadmaps and work with business leaders and engineering teams.
- Work with UX/UI to design simple and intuitive product experiences.
- Ensure compliance, data privacy, financial and HR requirements are represented in development.
