Job summary

Aquent is partnering with a premier entertainment and technology company to fill a hands-on Product Manager role. You will drive active technology initiatives, translate complex requirements into actionable plans, and align engineering with business objectives in a fast-paced environment.

You will lead backlog refinement, sprint planning, and release readiness while enabling effective stakeholder communication and timely decisions.

Qualifications

3+ years of robust Product Management experience.
Experience managing Agile backlogs and collaborating with software engineering teams.
Delivery of project-based work, operational improvements, or platform enhancements.
Execution-oriented mindset for mid-stream projects and fast clarity.

Responsibilities

Own and maintain delivery-ready backlogs for initiatives and project work.
Prioritize work with stakeholders balancing value, impact, timing, and objectives.
Refine user stories, acceptance criteria, dependencies, and delivery expectations with engineering teams.
Lead backlog refinement, sprint planning inputs, product readiness, release planning, and implementation support.
Provide testing, user validation, deployment readiness, stakeholder communications and post-launch stabilization.
Utilize AI tools to improve backlog refinement, documentation, and testing support.
