Job summary

Coviance is seeking a Product Manager for Enterprise Integrations to shape the roadmap and deliver customer-centric solutions. You will guide product development with a hands-on approach, translating insights into actionable concepts and driving collaboration across Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success.

You will partner with leadership to prioritize initiatives, measure outcomes, and stay ahead of industry trends in digital lending.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
5+ years of Product Management experience.
Strong written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
Knowledge of UX principles and experience with UX/UI prototyping.
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
A strategic and intellectually curious mindset with a strong focus on outcomes.
Ability to prioritize, manage, and clearly communicate activities and priorities across stakeholders.
Experience motivating and collaborating with product development teams.
Working knowledge of the lending industry, either through professional or personal experience.

Responsibilities

Own and manage an outcome-based roadmap for Coviance's enterprise integrations.
Conduct continuous customer discovery to uncover problems, understand user needs, and identify opportunities to create exceptional customer experiences.
Translate customer insights and feedback into actionable product concepts, including prototypes, user maps, and journey maps.
Define, document, and manage feature requirements for the product development team.
Lead the product and engineering teams through discovery, prioritization, and development.
Partner closely with Product Marketing, Sales Enablement, Customer Success, and other teams to drive successful product outcomes.
Define meaningful product metrics and outcomes and continuously analyze performance.
Stay informed on industry trends, competitive offerings, strategic changes, and innovations.
Collaborate with the VP of Product Management and other Product Managers to prioritize initiatives that deliver maximum value to Coviance and our clients while supporting our overall product vision and strategy.
Help motivate and guide product development team members toward shared outcomes.
