GaggleAMP Inc. is seeking an experienced Product Manager to own our product end-to-end, partnering with engineering and design to ship valuable features that meet real customer needs.

You will drive discovery, roadmaps, and quarterly plans while maintaining close customer dialogue and leveraging AI tools to accelerate delivery. You will thrive in a fast-paced, small-team environment that values direct leadership engagement, practical prioritization, and measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Five-plus years in product management, with end-to-end ownership.
• Experience shipping at a small company or as a founding product hire.
• Ability to work solo as the product function with cross-functional partnership.
• Fluent and thoughtful use of AI tools in workflow.
• Comfort with design tools like Figma (a plus).

Responsibilities

• Own product end-to-end from discovery to engineering handoff.
• Lead weekly product reviews and roadmap planning.
• Develop and maintain customer conversation cadence with buyers.
• Propose and defend a roadmap grounded in customer evidence.
• Collaborate with engineering and design to ship iteratively.
