Job summary

GaggleAMP in Boston is seeking an experienced Product Manager to own the product end-to-end, from discovery through engineering handoff, in a small, fast-moving team.

You will lead weekly reviews, develop roadmaps grounded in customer evidence, and build a cadence of customer conversations. Strong collaboration, comfort with AI tools, and experience shipping at a small company are required.

Qualifications

• Five-plus years in product management, with a track record of owning products end-to-end, from discovery through engineering handoff.
• Comfort partnering with design tools such as Figma is a plus, not required.
• Track record of shipping at a small company or as a founding product hire.
• Comfortable working solo as the product function, with strong cross-functional partnership.
• Fluent and thoughtful use of AI tools in your workflow.

Responsibilities

• Own product end-to-end: discovery through engineering handoff.
• Ship meaningful work with engineering buy-in.
• Lead weekly product/design reviews and develop a quarterly roadmap.
• Build a customer conversation cadence (live calls, etc.).
• Make principled decisions and defend 'no' when appropriate.
