ARGO Data Corporation seeks a Product Manager to drive product innovation in the Financial Services lending space. You will align development with customer needs and regulatory requirements, engaging with cross-functional teams from sales to UX across the product lifecycle.

Based in Richardson, TX, this full-time role involves frequent customer interaction, requirements gathering, and showcasing product capabilities through demos and RFIs/RFPs.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in Financial Services lending end-to-end loan origination and workflow.
• Experience at multi-branch, area, regional, or district level is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or related field.
• Ability to travel up to 15% for customer visits and industry events.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer implementation efforts by gathering requirements and delivering user training.
• Develop and refine product features via detailed business requirements and designs.
• Collaborate with UX teams to improve interface design and usability.
• Create and maintain customer-facing product documentation and training materials.
• Support QA by planning and executing functional test scenarios.
• Develop marketing materials and product demonstrations for prospective clients.
• Prepare responses to RFIs/RFPs with tailored content.
• Conduct customer studies to gather requirements and analyze KPIs.
• Contribute to continuous process improvements and team development.
