ARGO is seeking a Product Manager to drive product innovation and align development with customer needs and regulatory requirements in consumer and business lending within the Financial Services sector. The role collaborates across PMs, UX, sales, and engineering to guide the full product lifecycle from ideation to enhancement.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in Financial Services, consumer and business lending end to end loan origination solutions and workflow
• Ability to travel up to 15% for customer visits and industry events
• Experience with cross-functional product teams and Agile/Scrum methodologies (preferred)
• Strong communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
• Knowledge of omni-channel lending products and back-office loan operations

Responsabilités

• Lead customer implementation efforts by facilitating knowledge transfer, gathering requirements, delivering user training, and optimizing deployed solutions
• Build and maintain relationships with customer SMEs to drive product adoption
• Conduct post-deployment evaluations, validate success criteria, training effectiveness, and compliance
• Define and refine product features with detailed business requirements and designs
• Collaborate with UX to enhance interface design, workflows, and usability
• Create and maintain customer-facing product documentation and training materials
• Support QA with functional test scenarios and validation
• Develop marketing materials and product demonstrations for prospective clients
• Prepare responses to RFIs/RFPs with tailored content
• Conduct customer studies to identify best practices and perform cost-benefit analyses
• Contribute to continuous process improvement and team development
