Job summary

Synchrony is seeking a Product Manager for Card Access with a $2B+ portfolio. You will own the strategy and evolution of a key Emerging Payments capability, shaping how customers access payment credentials and use Synchrony credit.

You will lead discovery through launch, adoption, measurement, and optimization, partnering with technology, legal, risk, and marketing to deliver customer value and business impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; if no degree, 6+ years digital product lifecycle experience.
• 3+ years delivering digital products across lifecycle, incl. strategy, roadmaps & launches.
• Experience with Agile delivery, backlog mgmt, and PI planning.
• Strong analytical skills using data, reporting & customer insights to drive decisions.
• Able to collaborate with Technology, Legal, Compliance, Risk, Marketing, Ops, Finance & client teams.
• Experience with product management, analytics, and AI-enabled tools.
• Willingness to travel for business as required.

Responsibilities

• Define, own, and evolve Card Access product strategy and roadmap.
• Identify, evaluate, and validate new concepts via research and data.
• Translate objectives into product requirements and priorities.
• Partner with Scrum Masters and Agile teams on prioritization and delivery planning.
• Maintain product docs, roadmaps, backlog, and quarterly review inputs.
• Develop business cases, value propositions, and go-to-market plans.
• Stay current on tokenization, card provisioning, digital wallets, and new ecosystems.
• Establish product success metrics and drive adoption, engagement, retention, and impact.
• Collaborate across functions to drive alignment, timelines, and accountability.
• Communicate vision and progress to stakeholders; balance trade-offs among value, risk, and speed.
