Job summary

Synchrony is seeking a Product Manager for the Card Access capability, a $2B+ emerging payments product that shapes how customers access credentials and use Synchrony credit across digital ecosystems.

You will own strategy, translate needs into product direction, and lead discovery through launch, adoption, measurement and optimization in a highly collaborative environment across business, technology, client, and functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent with 6+ years owning a digital product lifecycle.
• 3+ years owning a digital product lifecycle, including strategy, roadmaps, and discovery through launch.
• Experience with Agile delivery, backlog management, and PI planning with clear documentation.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve the Card Access product strategy and roadmap from concept through launch and lifecycle management.
• Translate business objectives and customer needs into clear product requirements and priorities.
• Collaborate with Agile teams to develop user stories, acceptance criteria, and delivery plans.
• Develop go-to-market plans with stakeholders and ensure alignment with compliance and risk.
