Job summary

Outschool is hiring a Product Manager to shape products that reach millions of learners, families, and educators on our consumer marketplace and ESA initiatives. You will work with engineering, design, data, marketing, and operations to identify the biggest opportunities and turn ideas into simple, impactful experiences.

You will collaborate across teams, own the product lifecycle, and define metrics to measure impact, with roles spanning early-career PMs to senior product leaders.

Qualifications

• Professional product management experience across consumer marketplaces.
• Track record of owning products end-to-end from discovery to iteration.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking with data-informed decisions.
• Ability to balance customer needs with business goals and tradeoffs.

Responsibilities

• Identify important near- and long-term product opportunities and translate into roadmaps.
• Own products end-to-end—from discovery through launch and iteration.
• Develop deep understanding of customers and marketplace via research and data.
• Partner with engineering, design, data, and cross-functional teams to build scalable solutions.
• Define success metrics, run experiments, and drive decisions with insights.
