Wayve is seeking a Product Manager for their AI Driver product based in Sunnyvale, CA. This full-time role emphasizes leadership in a cross-functional team, owning substantial work packages within the product's development lifecycle.

As Product Manager, AI Driver, based in our Sunnyvale office, you will independently own a critical work package within Wayve's AI Driver product and lead a cross‑functional team to deliver it end‑to‑end. You will set the technical direction, drive priorities across engineering, AI research and program management, and rally the team around clear, ambitious goals. This high‑ownership, high‑impact role requires deep AI technical depth coupled with the soft skills to listen, motivate and align brilliant teams toward shared outcomes.

This is a full‑time role based in Sunnyvale, CA (hybrid). The reasonably estimated salary range for this role is $204,100 to $256,700, plus a competitive equity package. Actual compensation is based on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience.
