Job summary

Capital One is seeking a Manager, Product Manager- Digital Wallet Experiences Lead (Emerging Payments) to drive frontend experiences for third‑party Digital Wallets across Capital One's mobile app and website. You will own enrollment flows and surface strategies to elevate wallet experiences and adoption.

This role leads an engineering team, partners with backend teams, and collaborates with external wallet partners to deliver secure, seamless checkout experiences and scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in a quantitative field, business or marketing.
• Alternatively, a Bachelor's with 3+ years of Product Management experience.
• Experience translating strategy into consumer digital products and managing roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Champion Digital Wallet experiences and elevate wallet placements across mobile and web.
• Identify opportunities to expand Digital Wallet access and reduce friction.
• Define future state for Wallet enrollment and self‑service flows with engineering.
• Lead a high‑performing engineering team and own the roadmap.
• Partner with Digital Wallet and Network Token backend teams.
• Engage with external wallet partners on shared developments.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to serve internal and external customers.
