Job summary

Capital One in New York, NY seeks a Manager, Product Manager- Digital Wallet Experiences Lead (Emerging Payments) to drive frontend experiences for third-party wallet integrations across mobile and web. You will own enrollment flows, lead the wallet experience strategy, and collaborate with engineering to deliver secure, scalable checkout experiences.

Qualifications

Experience translating business strategy into consumer facing digital products.
1+ year of experience in product design, agile delivery, business analysis, data science, or software engineering.
3+ years of experience with Payments Industry, Digital Wallets, or Network Tokenization.
5+ years of experience in Product management.

Responsibilities

Champion our Digital Wallet customer experiences, elevating placements and entry points across mobile and web platforms.
Identify opportunities to expand Digital Wallet access, reduce friction, and improve enrollment and self-service flows.
Create a vision for Wallet enrollment and self-service management, align with stakeholders, and implement with engineering teams.
Lead a high performing engineering team with ownership over the roadmap and impact.
Partner with Digital Wallet and Network Token backend teams to optimize end-to-end experiences.
