Job summary

Intuitive, a global leader in robotic-assisted surgery, is seeking a Product Manager for Digital Technical Support (DTS) to define service capability and software strategy for the DTS team. You will collaborate with Services Product Management, Global Services, engineering, and leadership to shape the future of Intuitive’s digital product portfolio.

You will translate customer insights into roadmaps and requirements, build compelling business cases, and drive improvements to service delivery

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years professional experience in product management or related roles.
Experience with Lean/Six Sigma or continuous improvement is a plus.
Strong written and verbal communication for cross‑functional audiences.
Leadership of cross‑functional teams to implement initiatives.
Experience building business cases using qualitative and quantitative data.

Responsibilities

Define service capability and product strategy for Digital Technical Support.
Translate feedback and market research into roadmaps and requirements.
Collaborate with software engineering and design teams to improve service delivery software.
Develop business cases and secure funding from leadership.
Support DTS launches and gather feedback from users and stakeholders.
