Cella by Randstad Digital in Kissimmee, FL seeks a Product Manager to own end-to-end software strategies for Sales & Inventory platforms on a contract basis. You will translate business needs into epics, manage vendor integrations, and lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include drafting epics and user stories, evaluating third-party solutions, coordinating with Legal, Finance, Creative, and Tech, and ensuring 100% uptime of the digital experience while

Qualifications

Experience translating business needs into technical artifacts (epics, stories, acceptance criteria).
Proven track record delivering SDLC in Agile environments with vendor software integrations.
Ability to navigate large matrixed organizations and lead cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

End-to-End Product Ownership: translate requirements into epics, user stories, and backlogs.
Vendor Strategy & Implementation: evaluate solutions, RFIs/RFPs, and manage integrations.
Cross-Functional Leadership: align Legal, Finance, Sales, Tech, Creative; remove blockers.
Quality & Sustainment: support UAT, defect triage, and maintenance for uptime.
Market & Data Insight: monitor trends to drive business value and KPIs.
