Goldman Sachs is seeking a Digital Product Manager - Associate for the Transaction Banking division in Dallas, TX. You will help deliver innovative payment servicing capabilities for corporate clients and internal teams, focusing on web and API-based solutions and streamlined workflows.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree or military experience.
• 3+ years in digital product management or related roles.
• Experience in transaction banking or payments preferred.

Responsabilités

• Define self-serve and automated payment servicing requirements based on feedback.
• Document user stories and acceptance criteria for Design/Engineering.
• Help maintain a detailed product roadmap aligned with business goals.
• Monitor adoption of payment servicing capabilities.
• Participate in backlog grooming and sprint planning.
• Collaborate with UX to meet usability and accessibility standards.
• Communicate complex ideas via presentations for stakeholder alignment.
• Analyze user behavior and data to refine features.
• Gather insights from client-facing and operations teams.
• Coordinate with engineering to deliver features on time.
• Manage inter-team dependencies and mitigate risks.
• Foster relationships with business, legal/compliance, and enterprise tech teams.
