Qualifications

• 3+ years as a Product Manager or Senior Product Owner
• Proven track record of defining and launching high-impact products
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Ability to interview customers and build market empathy
• Experience with competitive analysis, market research, and trends
• Solid understanding of agile product development processes
• Collaborative, able to lead cross-functional teams without formal authority
• Excellent teamwork and organizational skills; manage multiple projects
