Job summary

Pyramid Consulting, Inc. is seeking a Product Manager for Digital Delivery and Third-Party Marketplaces in Dallas, Texas on a hybrid schedule. This contract role focuses on owning the product strategy, roadmap, and execution for digital delivery and marketplace capabilities.

You will collaborate with engineering, UX, analytics, and business teams to optimize the customer and order journey across multiple platforms, with strong emphasis on API integrations and marketplace connectivity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 3+ years of Product Management experience, preferably in digital commerce, retail, restaurants, delivery, or marketplace technology.
• Experience owning digital products from strategy through launch and optimization.

Responsibilities

• Own product strategy, roadmap, prioritization, and execution for digital delivery and third-party marketplace capabilities.
• Manage end-to-end customer and order journey across 7NOW, third-party marketplaces, digital ordering, order management, fulfillment, and delivery.
• Partner with engineering and architecture teams on API integrations and marketplace connectivity.
• Work with partners such as DoorDash, Uber Eats, Grubhub, and other third-party delivery platforms to improve the digital ordering experience.
• Identify opportunities to improve conversion, order completion, and digital revenue.
