You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality content governance, metadata standards, and lifecycle tracking as digital offerings expand.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in product management or related digital role.
• Translate business/user needs into clear requirements and user stories.
• Experience with CMS platforms and content workflows.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for content requests.
• Gather requirements, document rules, dependencies, approvals, and launch considerations.
• Coordinate with ops, creative, technical teams for defined work.
• Develop approaches for small-to-medium launches and content build strategies.
• Align assets and inputs before handoff for publishing.
• Maintain content inventories, data dictionaries, and workflows.
• Support governance including taxonomy and metadata standards.
