Qualifications

• 3+ years in product management, content management, business analysis, technical writing, or related digital role
• Experience translating business and user needs into written requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria
• Experience interpreting analytics and performance dashboards to drive decisions
• Familiarity with CMS publishing workflows and digital content operations
• Strong written communication and ability to produce structured documentation
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams across product, engineering, design, and business stakeholders

Responsabilités

• Support product discovery and requirements for digital content features across web, mobile, onboard experiences and guest communications
• Translate business and user needs into clear product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and workflows
• Contribute to product strategy, roadmap planning, and prioritization using stakeholder feedback and data
• Partner with content authors, designers, analysts, engineers, and business stakeholders to improve content authoring efficiency and quality
• Support content governance initiatives including taxonomy management and content lifecycle tracking
• Analyze content performance data, guest feedback, and analytics to inform product decisions
• Coordinate localization and translation workflows and communicate progress to stakeholders
