Job summary

Capital One is seeking a Product Manager for the Developer Experience Product team in San Francisco to envision, design, and deliver best-in-class solutions that enhance developer productivity while upholding quality and security standards.

You will partner with tech and design teams to shape how developers write, build, and test code, deploying tools and strategies across the DevOps pipeline and automated testing. This role blends strategy with execution in ambiguous environments.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master’s degree in a quantitative field or Business/Marketing; or Bachelor's with 3+ years in Product Management.
PM experience in translating business strategy to consumer digital products is a plus.
Experience leading DevOps PM teams and strategies; familiarity with Gemini, Claude, Claude Code, or Google Apps Script preferred.

Responsibilities

Envision, design, and deliver best-in-class developer tools to improve productivity and quality.
Define features and collaborate with technical teams to meet business goals.
Lead DevOps product management initiatives and drive strategy across the delivery pipeline.
Champion adoption of development tools and automation to enhance the software life cycle.
