Capital One Senior Manager, Product Management - Developer Experience leads the developer journey and designs self-service tooling to boost productivity across deployment pipelines, upholding security and quality standards.

You will collaborate with engineers, design partners, and leadership to set metrics, drive adoption, and deliver meaningful outcomes for internal software delivery teams within Capital One's organizational framework.

Qualifications

Experience translating business strategy into consumer-facing digital products.
Experience leading DevOps product management teams and strategies.
Experience leading product for large-scale enterprise platforms.
Experience leading risk management for enterprise platforms.
Experience exploring, prototyping, or implementing emerging technologies and AI automation tools.
