Job summary

Moon seeks an Associate PM to own the designer experience module roadmap, guiding how designers design, price, and sell real projects in real homes. You will set targets, measure outcomes, and work with an iterative team to drive impact.

You will spend time with designers in the field, translate insights into backlog, and oversee weekly launches and dashboard metrics as the team grows.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of product management with direct ownership of a funnel or conversion metric.
• Analytics fluency (Amplitude or equivalent); rigorous about how improvement is measured.
• Comfortable not reviewing every ticket; you set targets and verify outcomes.
• Experience with field sales tools, configure-price-quote, or in-home selling is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize the roadmap against the module's success metrics.
• Define and defend guardrail metrics so improvements don't hurt other areas.
• Maintain the forward plan: acceptance criteria, dependencies, and quality safeguards.
• Spend real hours in the field with designers and translate learnings into backlog.
• Verify launches weekly, own the team dashboard, and mentor the Associate PM.
