Responsibilities

• Hire a senior, detail-driven team and make it productive within a quarter.
• Own the module across the stack: .NET services and a modern TypeScript front-end.
• Work with product to own the module's success metrics; deliver via iteration with product and users.
• Ship continuously behind feature flags with disciplined, progressive rollouts and a high quality bar.
• Deliver tablet-first UX quality worthy of a sales tool used in front of customers.
