Type of engagement: It is a long‑term and full‑time freelance contract.

Hourly pay: 30 EUR / hour (for part‑time, for the first month)
35 EUR / hour (for full‑time)
possible to grow depending on the quality and delivery

Short description of the project task:

  • We are looking for an experienced and hands‑on Product Manager who can step in as the true delivery owner for our core platform, acting as the vital link between product strategy and the engineering team.
  • You’ll take day‑to‑day responsibility for the developers: running sprints, stand‑ups, retros, grooming and planning sessions, while building and maintaining solid structure and rhythm in a fast‑moving deep‑tech environment. You will own task creation, follow‑up, prioritization, and making sure the team always knows what to work on next and why.
  • This is a role that requires both strength and empathy: you are not afraid to push when needed, give honest push‑back, challenge estimates, ask the tough questions, and drive decisions forward — yet you are collaborative and caring enough to keep the team motivated and united.
  • You thrive in friction, love turning chaos into order, and have a proven track record of bringing structure to both small and larger development teams.
  • If you get energy from transforming ambitious product visions into predictable, high‑velocity delivery while keeping a happy and focused engineering team, this is your arena.

Short info about the client:

  • Our client is a fast‑growing deep‑tech company building AI that transforms how the world’s meat industry turns animals into high‑value products, with zero waste.
  • The platform uses 3D vision, real‑time data, and advanced optimization algorithms to decide—down to the gram – the best possible destiny for every single cut on every carcass. The result? Meat processors typically gain 2–6% more revenue, eliminate overproduction, cut labor‑intensive manual sorting, and significantly reduce their environmental footprint.
  • Our client works with the largest red meat and poultry companies worldwide, helping them become more profitable and more sustainable at the same time. Every day their software influences billions of dollars in production value while making one of the planet’s most resource‑intensive industries dramatically more efficient.
  • If you are a talented engineer, data scientist, product thinker, or industry expert who wants to solve hard, meaningful problems at global scale—problems that sit at the intersection of AI, computer vision, industrial optimization, and food sustainability – come to build the future of protein with us.
  • Join a team where your code literally decides how much meat ends up on plates instead of in landfills.

Methodologies: Agile / Scrum

Level of English: Good; Talking, Reading, and Writing
