Job summary

Core4ce is seeking a Technical Product Manager to lead development of a modeling and decision‑support application for the Defense Health Agency. You will bridge users, SMEs, engineers, and stakeholders, shaping workflows into executable product capabilities and user stories.

You will own discovery, define acceptance criteria, maintain the backlog, and collaborate with engineering leadership to plan sprints and PI work, while ensuring alignment with program objectives.

Qualifications

• Experience interviewing users and translating findings into actionable product requirements.
• Experience creating user stories, acceptance criteria, workflows, or development-ready docs.
• Experience managing a product backlog and planning across multiple increments.
• Strong analytical and systems-thinking abilities; able to understand complex problem spaces.

Responsibilities

• Interview users and subject‑matter experts to understand workflows, decisions, constraints, and needs.
• Plan and facilitate discovery activities: interviews, workflow analysis, prototype reviews, feedback sessions.
• Translate high‑level concepts into defined capabilities and user stories for the dev team.
• Document acceptance criteria, business rules, workflows, and dependencies.
• Maintain a prioritized product backlog and roadmap aligned with SAFe Program Increments.
