Celonis is the global leader in Process Intelligence and the pioneer of Process Mining technology. We are building the Celonis Context Model and integrating Ikigai Labs research to deliver real-time decisioning at enterprise scale.

We are seeking a Product Manager for Decision Intelligence to partner with AI researchers and platform engineers, owning the model’s real-time decisioning and predictive layer, and ensuring successful delivery across the core platform and customer solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience in AI/ML or enterprise data platforms.
• Engineering-first mindset and strong technical curiosity.
• Experience delivering enterprise-scale software products.

Responsibilities

• Define scope and sequence for foundation model capabilities into enterprise releases.
• Own the delivery timeline and prioritize the product backlog.
• Bridge research milestones with customer needs and roadmaps.
• Optimize model lifecycle with onboarding, evaluation, and feedback loops.
• Coordinate across Frontend, Design, and Applied AI teams to integrate capabilities.
