Job summary

Innovative Systems, Inc. is seeking a high‑achieving Product Manager based in Pittsburgh with a hybrid work model.

You will own the full product lifecycle for data quality, watchlist, and payment screening capabilities, translating customer needs into strategy and measurable outcomes. You will lead cross‑functional teams, interview customers, map workflows, and validate problems to build clear requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria while driving adoption and performance metrics.

Qualifications

• Ownership of the full product lifecycle from discovery to optimization.
• Strong customer discovery skills and synthesis of qualitative and quantitative insights.
• Ability to translate ambiguous problems into clear outcomes, requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and decisions.
• Experience partnering with engineering and design to explore solutions and iterate.
• Data-driven approach to KPI definition, measurement, and prioritization.
• Familiarity with AI/ML applications in workflow automation or screening.
• Experience leading go-to-market readiness with sales and marketing.
• Ability to understand complex regulatory contexts and translate them into usable product experiences.
• Excellent communication across executives and customers; collaborative ownership mindset.
• Willingness to travel up to 5% for customer visits or conferences.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery through launch and optimization.
• Lead product discovery by interviewing customers, mapping workflows, testing assumptions, and validating problems.
• Define a clear product vision, strategy, value proposition, and measurable outcomes.
• Partner with engineering, design, operations, sales, marketing, and domain experts to shape solutions and deliver increments.
• Translate complex needs into clear product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and decisions.
• Define and monitor product KPIs and guide iteration with insights on adoption, engagement, and efficiency.
• Lead release and go-to-market readiness including onboarding and post-launch assessment.
• Assess market trends, competitors, and partnerships to identify differentiation and growth.
• Communicate strategy and progress to executives, commercial, technical, and customer audiences.
