Job summary

Global Payments Inc. is seeking a Product Manager for AML & Fraud to join the Product Compliance, Risk, and CDD team in Atlanta.

You will own the Transaction Monitoring portfolio, define requirements, manage backlogs, and collaborate with engineering and compliance to deliver high-quality product enhancements. The role requires 3–5 years in product management or related roles, experience with fraud/AML monitoring, and strong Agile skills.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in Product Management or related role.
• Experience with Fraud, Credit Risk, AML transaction monitoring solutions.
• Strong understanding of Agile or SAFe Agile development.
• Experience writing business requirements, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Experience supporting backlog management and Agile delivery.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience in payments/fintech or financial services.

Responsibilities

• Support the Transaction Monitoring product portfolio throughout the lifecycle.
• Define and document business requirements, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Maintain and refine product backlogs, prioritizing work to meet objectives.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Compliance, Operations, Data Science, and stakeholders.
• Participate in SAFe Agile ceremonies (PI Planning, backlog refinement, sprints).
• Analyze processes and recommend improvements to detect fraud and improve efficiency.
• Coordinate feature delivery across teams, manage risks and dependencies.
• Support UAT, defect triage, production validation, and releases.
• Create and maintain product docs, processes, and artifacts.
• Monitor product performance and drive continuous improvement.
