Job summary

Visa is hiring a Product Analyst for the Value-Added Services division to advance the Visa Data Manager (VDM) product roadmap and commercialization. You will partner with regional product leads, sales, and engineering to deliver data-driven capabilities and AI-powered features that improve client self-service and reporting.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of work experience with a Bachelor's degree or an Advanced Degree
• 5+ years in product management, product analytics, fintech, or payments
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Admin, Marketing, Finance, CS, IS, Data Science, or related field; advanced degree a plus
• Experience with data and analytics platforms, BI tools, or data warehousing
• Familiarity with Agile development and backlog management
• Strong analytical, written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work cross-functionally across engineering, sales and client-facing teams
• Experience supporting client implementations, onboarding or go-to-market activities
• Exposure to AI, ML, or NLP concepts is a plus

Responsibilities

• Develop the VDM product roadmap and prioritize features
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate requirement development and go-to-market materials
• Collaborate with data engineering on AI Conversationalist delivery
• Conduct UAT testing for new functionality
• Coordinate with Implementations and Support for timely issue resolution
• Onboard new clients to the VDM platform and develop onboarding materials
• Create client-facing onboarding processes to maximize value
• Assist sales with product expertise during client conversations
• Provide analytics and reporting insights from the VDM tool
• Serve as product liaison with customer service on data questions
• Create product performance dashboards and KPI reports
