Our client, a leader in Finance & Insurance, seeks a Product Manager - Data Migration to shape the roadmap and governance for large-scale data migration and enterprise transformation.

You will translate business and technology priorities into a clear set of initiatives, align stakeholders, and guide backlog direction through readiness planning and transition to operational ownership. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, information systems, CS, supply chain, healthcare administration, or related field.
• 7+ years of product management or related experience.
• 3+ years leading cross-functional enterprise implementations or transformations.
• Experience building multi-program roadmaps and governance models.
• Healthcare payer/managed care industry experience preferred.

For our client, we are seeking a Product Manager - Data Migration to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space.

This role will shape the roadmap, strategy, and governance for assigned programs that support large-scale data migration and enterprise transformation efforts. You will translate business and technology priorities into a clear set of initiatives, aligning stakeholders across product, technology, and operations to drive execution. The position will also help ensure teams are focused on the right outcomes, from backlog direction through readiness planning and transition to operational ownership.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $113,000 – $197,700 annually
