Job summary

Testing Site - JPMC in the United States seeks a Product Manager in Corporate and Investment Banking - Markets Technology to lead end-to-end product initiatives, acting as the voice of the customer and driving scalable, reliable solutions that deliver client value.

You will develop product strategy, manage discovery and market research, own the backlog, define KPIs, and partner with engineering, data science, and analytics to launch data lake to data mesh capabilities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product management or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics.
• Experience leading end-to-end product life cycle activities from discovery to value delivery.
• Proficiency with PySpark and Python; ability to read and understand high-level code.

Responsibilities

• Develops a product strategy and vision to deliver value to customers.
• Manages discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer solutions and integration into roadmap.
• Owns, maintains, and develops a product backlog aligned with the strategic roadmap.
• Builds framework and tracks KPIs such as cost, features, risk, and reliability.
• Defines and communicates product vision and roadmap for data lake evolving into data mesh.
• Establishes and tracks KPIs on adoption, data quality, and outcomes.
• Leads cross-functional execution with engineering, data science, analytics, and stakeholders.
• Owns backlog prioritization, Definition of Done, and end-to-end releases.
• Validates new capabilities (PySpark/Python) and mitigates risks to timelines.
• Promotes continuous improvement through retros, demos, and documentation.
