Job summary

Relativity is seeking a product leader to drive the roadmap for document conversion and enrichment within our e‑discovery platform. You will collaborate with customers, engineering, enablement, sales and UX teams to deliver cohesive enrichment architecture and high adoption of our processing tools.

You will own the product backlog, align with Product Leads on strategy, and report on key metrics to ensure measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in product management building custom software.
Bachelor's degree in business, Computer Science, Engineering, or Design or comparable work experience.
Solid understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
Excellent communicator and presenter, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

Drive short- and long-term roadmap of document conversion and enrichment teams by working closely with end users, engineering, enablement, sales and other customer-focused teams.
Create cohesive, intuitive enrichment architecture to improve user experience of processing and other enrichment consumers.
Collaborate with sales and marketing to increase adoption of document conversion tech and articulate benefits.
Own the product roadmap and backlog for your product(s) and track key metrics.
