Job summary

Relativity is seeking a product leader to drive the roadmap and delivery of document conversion and enrichment features. You will partner with engineering, enablement, sales, and customer teams to deliver a cohesive architecture and compelling user experiences across processing workflows.

You will own the backlog, prioritize features, and communicate the product vision to stakeholders. This role requires strong leadership, data fluency, and a customer-centric mindset in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in product management building custom software.
• Bachelor's degree in business, Computer Science, Engineering, or Design or comparable work experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive short- and long-term roadmap of document conversion and enrichment teams by working with end users, engineering, enablement, sales and customer-focused teams.
• Work with data enrichment product managers and stakeholders to create cohesive enrichment architecture to improve UX of processing and enrichment consumers.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing to increase adoption of document conversion technology and articulate benefits.
• Ensure customers have successful experiences by assisting Relativity enablement teams and addressing barriers to adoption.
• Own the product roadmap and backlog; decide features to build.
• Track and report key product metrics relevant to domain and outcomes.
• Communicate user needs to engineering and stakeholders to align product vision.
• Conduct user and competitive research for their product(s)
• Break down large projects into iterative releases with measurable milestone results.
