Job summary

Relativity, a leading e-discovery software provider, is seeking a Product Manager to own the roadmap for document conversion and enrichment. You will partner with engineering, enablement, sales, and customer teams to deliver scalable features and a cohesive enrichment architecture.

You will drive adoption through collaboration with product leaders, conduct user and market research, and translate insights into clear product plans.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of product management experience building custom software.
• Bachelor's degree in business, CS, engineering, or design or comparable work experience.
• Proven experience in product management for developer-facing platform products.
• Experience with native libraries, distributed messaging systems, and workflow orchestration is a plus.
• Strong data analysis skills to monitor product health and drive decisions.

Responsibilities

• Drive short- and long-term roadmap of document conversion and enrichment products.
• Collaborate with data enrichment teams and stakeholders to create cohesive architecture.
• Articulate benefits of document conversion and enrichment to sales/marketing.
• Ensure customers have successful experiences by enabling teams and removing adoption barriers.
• Lead cross-functional discussions with engineering, researchers, and design to align on product vision.
• Track key product metrics and report progress to leadership.
