Job summary

Relativity is seeking a Product Leader to own the roadmap for document conversion and enrichment, working with engineering and customer-facing teams to deliver scalable capabilities. You will align product strategy with customer needs, drive adoption, and communicate value across stakeholders.

You will collaborate with product leads to define goals, track metrics, and ensure delivery of features from inception to release. A strong customer focus and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in product management building custom software.
• Bachelor's degree in business, Computer Science, Engineering, or Design or comparable work experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive short- and long-term roadmap of document conversion and enrichment teams by collaborating with users, engineering, enablement, and sales teams.
• Align enrichment architecture with cross-functional stakeholders to improve user experience of processing and enrichment consumers.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing to increase adoption of document conversion technology and articulate benefits.
• Ensure customers have successful experiences by addressing barriers to adoption with urgency.
