Job summary

The Scion Group in Chicago, IL is seeking a Product Manager to own the roadmap for Scion Intelligence and oversee the full product lifecycle. You will partner with engineering, analytics, operations, and executives to deliver measurable business value while ensuring usability, reliability, and performance.

This role requires 3–7+ years in product management for technology or data-driven products, with proven Agile experience and strong communication skills. Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3–7+ years of product management experience in tech or data-driven products.
• Proven experience working with engineering teams in Agile environments.
• Strong ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate a clear product vision and roadmap for Scion Intelligence aligned with Scion’s strategic goals.
• Own the product backlog, develop wireframes, write clear requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Prioritize features based on business impact, feasibility, and user value; partner with engineering to deliver releases on time.
• Gather and synthesize feedback from stakeholders and present updates to senior leadership.
• Define success metrics and KPIs; use data to drive prioritization and continuous improvement.
