CarMax is seeking a Product Manager to lead the creation of innovative products that transform the car buying and selling experience. You will put Customer needs at the center of every decision, leveraging technology and data to deliver personalized solutions across channels.

You’ll collaborate with design and engineering partners to build customer- and associate-focused products, guiding strategy, experimentation, and delivery to drive measurable business value for CarMax.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.
• 3+ years of experience in product management or a related field.
• Strong understanding of modern technology and experience partnering with software engineers.

• Conduct deep customer research to uncover Customer behaviors, pain points, and opportunities
• Develop and test hypotheses, rapidly iterating on prototypes to validate solutions
