Capital One in Chicago seeks a Manager, Product Management for Customer Core & Identity to reimagine how customers securely access their financial lives with passwordless, high-trust experiences.

You will drive strategy and execution for next-gen authentication, lead initiatives on passkeys and biometrics, and partner with engineering, design, cyber, and risk to deliver scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in a quantitative field or Business/Marketing; or Bachelor's with 3+ years PM experience.
• Experience translating business strategy into consumer digital products is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive strategy and execution for next-gen authentication
• Lead initiatives across passkeys, biometrics, long-lived access, and verifiable credentials
• Partner closely with engineering, design, cyber, and risk
