Qualifications

• 3+ years of product management experience.
• Experience managing technical products or online services.
• Experience in leading cross‑functional teams in delivering major new products or services.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the long‑term product vision and roadmap for North America Surface Transportation initiatives.
• Leverage customer insights and data to identify experience gaps and prioritize improvements.
• Partner with engineering, operations, science, design, and program management teams to deliver products from concept through launch and iteration.
• Influence senior leadership through clear narratives, rapid prototyping, and data‑driven recommendations.
• Define, track, and report on KPIs that measure customer experience outcomes and product success.
• Balance customer experience improvements with cost efficiency and operational feasibility.
• Identify and evaluate emerging technologies and trends to raise the bar on customer experience.
