Base pay range

$100,000.00/yr - $120,000.00/yr

Qualifications

• Strong experience in developing product strategies and roadmaps tailored to HVAC products in data center or similar critical infrastructure environments.
• Ability to gather customer insights and translate them into clear product requirements and strategies.
• Ability to communicate complex HVAC product concepts and solutions effectively to stakeholders and customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead product strategy for mission-critical HVAC systems and data center cooling solutions, ensuring they meet market needs and performance standards.
• Develop and execute product roadmaps, identifying new opportunities and innovative solutions for cooling systems used in data centers and other critical environments.
• Manage cost/pricing development, ensuring products are competitively priced while meeting financial targets.
• Drive sales growth of data center cooling and HVAC products, building a strong pipeline of new business.
• Work closely with engineering teams to develop product specifications and ensure alignment with customer and market needs.
• Track project milestones, manage product lifecycle, and provide timely updates on program status to management.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure smooth execution of product development and delivery processes.
• Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies in data center cooling and HVAC to drive product innovation.
• Serve as a technical expert and advisor to internal and external stakeholders, offering insights and solutions related to data center HVAC systems.
• Provide accurate and actionable insights on market trends, cost benchmarks, and customer feedback to influence future product developments.
