CoStar Group in Boston is seeking a Product Manager, Underwriting Specialist to help build a world-class CRE underwriting platform. You will own underwriting workflows, define defaults, and work with banks and sponsors on design partnerships, while aligning with engineering and product to ship new capabilities.

Qualifications

• Real CRE underwriting experience in a professional setting.
• 3+ years in CRE underwriting, credit, or originations with deal reps.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college.
• Track record of commitment to prior employers.

Responsibilities

• Own underwriting workflows and help turn scenarios into product features.
• Define default behaviors and risk signals for the platform.
• Foster design-partner relationships with banks and sponsors.
• Collaborate with engineering to determine what the model should decide vs. ask.
• Contribute to the underwriting surface roadmap across asset classes and client profiles.
