Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Product Manager to bridge business stakeholders and agile teams, owning the backlog and guiding enhancements from concept to delivery. You will translate needs into actionable user stories, prioritize work, and ensure solutions deliver measurable value.

You will collaborate with finance, accounting, and operations leaders to define requirements, maintain clear acceptance criteria, and communicate roadmaps, risks, and progress to executives throughout the project

Qualifications

• Experience as Product Owner or Product Manager on an agile Scrum team (3+ years).
• Ability to translate business requirements into well-groomed user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
• Strong discovery, requirement gathering, and documentation skills.
• Proven ability to prioritize work, balance competing demands, and drive to consensus.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the sprint backlog; ensure items are defined, prioritized, and ready for sprint.
• Serve as the voice of business partners to the delivery team and prioritize enhancements.
• Gather, refine, and document requirements for new enhancements with sufficient detail for estimation.
• Translate business needs into actionable user stories with acceptance criteria.
• Communicate roadmap updates, feature progress, and risks to executive leadership and stakeholders.
• Facilitate sprint planning, backlog refinement, and reviews; support daily Scrum.
• Accept or reject delivery work; address issues quickly and align with business needs.
• Identify and escalate risks or blockers affecting delivery timelines.
• Coordinate steps to final delivery including business testing, training, and handoff.
