Responsibilities And Impact

  • Lead the metadata tagging roadmap, aligning priorities across business, technical, and product teams to deliver impactful solutions.
  • Own the product vision and execution for metadata tagging across content platforms and delivery channels.
  • Define business requirements and partner with engineering to ensure scalable, maintainable tagging solutions.
  • Act as the organizational expert on metadata tagging, advising on best practices and industry trends.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure tagging meets both customer and business needs.
  • Monitor tagging performance, iterate based on insights, and maintain clear communication and documentation.

What We’re Looking For

Basic Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Product Management, or a related field, with 3–5 years of product management experience—especially in data products or metadata.
  • Strong understanding of tagging and metadata concepts, with the ability to clearly communicate technical requirements.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, UX/UI, and business stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills; thrives in fast-paced environments managing multiple priorities.

Additional Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with data management systems, metadata management, or content metadata tagging platforms.
  • Knowledge of Natural Language Processing technologies.
  • Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
